UAE Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There may be delays in order processing around national / statutory holidays.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges and estimated lead times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Within the UAE, express shipping orders below AED 750 will be charged with a delivery fee of AED 50 as shipment fees. If you are intending for a same day delivery, please be informed the cut off time for placing the order is of the same date 12 noon and if you are intending for next day delivery the order placement cutoff time will be 4:00pm, any order placed after this will be delivered the day after. Same day delivery service is limited to UAE cities.

International Shipping

International shipping is now offered to Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Oman. Shipping charges and estimated lead times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that all prices on the website exclude any taxes or duties outside the UAE. Therefore, if your country of residence charges any import duties or local taxes, then these additional charges are the customer's responsibility to pay at the time of delivery.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Our shipping carriers do not support shipping to PO boxes. Therefore, please provide detailed shipping details such as Street Name, Building Name, Villa / Apartment Number, and Phone Number as a minimum.
